Before we hired Jim, we had our property listed for 15 months with two different real estate companies but for some reason they could not get our property sold. We had a few showings but no offers and we were curious to know why. Each time we asked the realtors for feedback, we first of all had a hard time getting hold of them and secondly the feedback was seldom forthcoming. When we gave Jim the mandate to sell our property, we were immediately impressed with his knowledge, marketing campaign, care and attention, courtesy, feedback, and advice. We were sure right away that we had made the right choice. We were so confident of his energy and professionalism that we started to make some plans about our future move. In fact after a few weeks Jim sold our property, in spite of the fact that the real estate market was very slow, especially for large properties like ours. The final negotiations were also very difficult because of all the problems brought out in the inspection report but a price was negotiated to everyone's satisfaction. However Jim was always there to be of genuine help. He did not just go through the motions. He was determined to close the deal. Jim not only had our property listed but he was the one who brought the buyer. We can easily remember that we could call Jim at any time of the day or night and any day of the week and he was always ready to answer the phone, take care of the problems, clarify arising doubts, or reassure us. We have no doubt that Jim will be our realtor for life. I know that he got four of his children into real estate and that they are all doing well. Mr Barrie Hewstan Manager REMAX Alliance March 12/2010 Dear Mr Hewstan; We were in the process of looking for a house within our price range and we were unsuccessful so we decided we needed to get a realtor. We had heard good things about Jim Parsons, so we gave him a call. From the first step he was more than helpful. He signed us up on his website and we received e-mails regularly containing houses in our price range. We found his website to be an excellent resource, as we could see the pictures of the houses and read the information on them as soon as they came on the market. We looked at a few houses and we were never pressured into buying anything. Jim sensed that we didn’t like something about the house. He didn’t push us and understood that it wasn’t the house for us. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy, we were worried about financial issues and Jim introduced us to a wonderful mortgage specialist. With both their help we were approved in a very short period of time. We decided to put our condo for sale, using Jim Parsons’ services of course. To our disbelief he had sold our condo in a matter of two days for more than we had it listed for.
